Our sister concerns Rishi Mohan Developers Pvt. Ltd., Rishi Mohan Properties Pvt. Ltd. , Rishi Mohan Construction Pvt. Ltd., Rishi Mohan Builders Pvt. Ltd. have been actively involved in such projects. Some of our other businesses include distribution of Peter England Shirts, a product of Mudra Coats, which is undertaken by our subsidiary Sahib Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. In the past, our organization has been acknowledged for the services offered and has received a number of awards and citations, which includes one by former President of Republic of India Late Giani Zail Singh in the year 1985. We are also involved in Public and Social Services and have raised funds for Noble causes. History

Pal Mohan Construction Group Started in 1982 with first project of Pal Mohan Appts at Punjabi Bagh, 78 flats, under guidance and vision of Chairman S. Manmohan Singh Sachdeva.

S. M.S. Sachdeva a B.Sc (Chemistry) from delhi Univ. began his career as a cloth wholeseller from a shop in Chandni Chowk in 1969. Earning a goodwill in the trade he was also elected as the youngest president ever for the Mercantile Association of Wholesale Market of Ch. Chowk.

After about 11-12 years in 1981 he had a foresight and visiualised the future of the Construction Industry in India.

Very soon he ventured into the construction business with his maiden project of Residential appartments built on two adjoining plots totalling 4400 sq. yds. on Main Club Road of Posh Colony Punjabi Bagh. It houses 78 Appts, 3-4 bedrooms with all modern amenities like elevators etc. At that period of time also, two decades back, it had the best amenities and till date the quality speaks for itself. Employing best of the architects and the brain available.So much so it has become a landmark of Delhi.

Soon one project lead to another two and to another three and the list carries on....

Second Project was Pal Mohan Bhawan at 66A/2 -3, Main Rohtak Road, built on 2200 sq.yds. It houses 29 flats and 3 showrooms.

At this period of time our Chairman S. M.S. Sachdeva could visualised a big potential in hotels and planning started for the same.

A plot was selected. It is strategically located in a colony now one of the most posh localities of Delhi, surrounded by Embassies and Diplomatic Area: Anand Niketan, Vasant Vihar.

Hotel Ashoka Palace one of the prominent ones in Delhi is only about 15 minutes from the AIrport and 20 minutes from the city centre. Inaugrated in 1985, on 875 sq.yds plot it houses only 33 spacious rooms,lawn with a waterfall and Bar-Be-Cue Grill etc. Planned and constructed by in-house architects it has a famous exposed brick tile elevatrion. Hotel Ashoka Palace has become am easy name to reckon with.

Then came Pal Mohan House 6 storeyed on 400 sq.yds plot, on Padam Singh Rd (prime comm. Area, Central Delhi). Large Area has been rented to Bank & Travel Agencies etc.

Then was Pal Mohan Mansion 26/32, and Pal Mohan Sadan at 26/34, East Patel Nagar, adjoining Office And Commercial Block Rajendera Place. Both on total of 700 sq. yds plot houses leading travel agents and financial institutions. Again premium area has been given on rent to a Ltd. Co.

Then was Pal Mohan Building, it houses our second hotel, Hotel Ashoka Deluxe with 33 Rooms, elevator and all modern amenities. it was inaugarated in 1987. The building is a 6 storey with few showrooms given on rent to various boutiques etc. it is located in heart of delhi Commercial Centre, Karol Bagh. It is 4 or 5th Hotel in Karol Bagh. S. M.S. Sachdeva is President of Hotel Association of Karol Bagh 'Hotel Maha Sangh' and has about 110 members / Hotels from all over Delhi. He has been President for the past 12 years successively now.

On Main Desh Bandhu Gupta Rd. Pal Mohan Plaza is another landmark property Pal Mohan developed. It has roughly 40,000 sq.ft of covered area housing shops, showrooms, and offices.

Side by Side projects on Main Ajmal Khan Road, prime shoping district namely Adlakha Bhawan 15A/14, Ajmal Khan Rd., Guru Bhawan No.8/1177, Ajmal Khan Rd, Guru Mansion at 5/69, Padam Singh Road, Guru house at 8, Rajendera Nagar, Guru Appts at R Block New Rajendera Nagar.

Radha Mohan Plaza DLF 40, Kirti Nagar Indl. Area, built on 1100 sq.yds plot. The Factory cum Office complex has become famous in the area for its hi-tech elevation involving Granite Stone and Reflective Glass.

In 1989 the group ventured into buying properties, planning, developing Hotels and sell them off. One of its first such project is hotel A. Plaza, 12A/14, Karol Bagh, then is Lakshmi Palace at 6/65 Gurdwara Road, Karol Bagh. Another such project in 1990-91 was Hotel Swiss Palace,at 13/15, east patel nagar.

In 1993 group opened its another hi class hotel in heart of shopping district Karol Bagh Hotel Metro Continental at 15A/5 Ajaml Khan Rd. It has one of the best amenities, and is very reputed Hotel in Karol Bagh. Its Building Mohan Plaza, also houses our corporate office.

in 1995 it constructed another prime property on Main Patel Road, 2/13. It has about 28,000 sq.ft. for commercial offices.

1997, Rishi Mohan Farm at Fatehpur Beri, Mehrauli, with awesome landscaping, Mystic Waterfalls, Dancefloor with water backdrop, Unimaginable Hidden Cave with a water cascade, a swimming pool with an island in centre, lake for boating,etc are few of the attraction of the farm house. it took over 24 months to buit it. It employed heavy duty cranes to create the majestic waterfall for over 4 months. Its Plants have been bought in espcially to suit Delhi climate from a different state Calcutta. It remains green throught the year come whichever season.

In 1997 group ventured with Madura Garments, owners of Multinantional Brands Louis Phillipe, Allen Solly, Byford, Van Heusen. It became the sole distributor for the new English Brand Peter England. After a great launch party admired by the industry it became the market leader in its segment. zIts dealer network became strongest woith about 175 reputed dealers. Soon it launched troussers brand San Frsico, T-shirts by Byford and casual wear Elements. The name is well registered and respected throughout India.

In 2000 group ventured into Imports of Furniture from Italy and other parts of Europe. It has an exclusive agreement with 'Fratelli Radice ' of Italy for its furniture and other products in India. Fratelli Radice is a multinational company having its furniture stores in US, Tashkent, U.A.E. A three generation old company is well trusted name for its quality and workmanship.

The group launched its maiden store by name of 'Mod Age' on a strategically planned location on Main Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, Ghitorni. It is in vicinty to the upcoming residential and commercial city D.L.F. QUTAB enclave gurgaon. Its range includes complete home, office, showroom and outdoor furniture.

It allso undertakes Turn-key Interior projects for Residences, showrooms, Offices , Hotels etc. Interiors By Design is the company of the group taking care of its Interiors intrests.

There are plans to commission such studios in other regions of India as well.
